No product changes or returns are available on duty-free goods purchased from our stores. According to the provisions of Consumer Law no. 4077 amended by Law no. 4822, in order for defective goods to be evaluated, you should contact the customer relations department with the product's invoice within 30 days of the invoice date. Unfortunately, we are unable to process customer complaints more than 30 days after the date the purchase was made.

Shopping Limits/Carry-on Restrictions
You can shop from our stores within the shopping limits set by the customs laws of the Republic of Turkey. However, because carry-on restrictions show difference based on the destination country and whether your flight is direct or via a connection, you should check the quantity of goods based on the country you are going to.
